What You'll Do

As the Systems Administration Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
Monitor network performance and system health
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and security access
Support wired and wireless networking environments
Maintain file servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery processes
Recommend system upgrades, patches, and new technologies
Maintain technical documentation and infrastructure records
Provide Tier II technical support for desktops, laptops, VoIP systems, and mobile devices
Support business-critical software applications and end users across the organization.
