```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Water Damage Technician to join our team. As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, or other disasters. Your expertise in the restoration industry will be invaluable as you work to clean, build, and restore damaged structures.
```Duties```
- Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extracting water, drying affected areas, and mitigating further damage
- Assist in fire restoration efforts, such as removing debris, cleaning smoke-damaged surfaces, and deodorizing affected areas
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for restoration
- Conduct carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning services as needed
- Participate in asbestos abatement procedures when necessary
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards throughout the restoration process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration projects
```Experience```
- Proven experience in the Water Damage industry, with a focus on water Mitigation and extraction
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in restoration projects
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and materials for different surfaces
- Understanding of asbestos abatement procedures and safety precautions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
