Help Lead the Future of Precision Manufacturing
Nortek is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional who wants more than just another machining or programming position. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our leadership team and help shape the future of a growing precision manufacturing company.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership and our management team while gradually taking on greater responsibility throughout the business. Our goal is to develop a long-term leader—not simply fill a position.
