The Logistics Coordinator will support the day to day execution of Amazon FBA logistics, ensuring inventory is delivered accurately and on time to Amazon fulfillment centers. This person will work closely with 3PL partners, carriers, internal supply chain teams, and Amazon to help maintain strong in stock performance and operational efficiency
.Key Responsibilitie
- sCoordinate inbound FBA shipments and monitor deliveries to Amazon fulfillment centers
- .Schedule shipments with carriers and 3PL partners while tracking inventory in transit
- .Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies with Amazon and logistics partners
- .Monitor FBA inventory levels and help prevent stockouts or excess inventory
- .Maintain accurate shipment documentation and reporting
- .Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and Demand Planning to support inventory flow and service levels
.Qualification
- s2+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations experience
- .Hands on experience supporting Amazon FBA logistics is strongly preferred
- .Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- .Comfortable working with Excel and ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems
- .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced consumer products environment
