Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with concrete-related tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality results. Your energy and dedication will contribute directly to the successful completion of our projects, helping us build lasting structures and relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rebar installation, formwork construction, and concrete pouring to ensure precise execution according to project plans
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support concrete cutting, pumping, and finishing tasks
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for concrete work, including placement and finishing of concrete surfaces
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for yourself and your team
- Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for various construction activitiesQualifications
- Prior experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete or related trades is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction equipment and tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus
- Familiarity with safety regulations specific to construction workplaces
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on-site
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is advantageous
- Construction experience in renovation, restoration, or commercial settings is desirable

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
