About the Role:
We’re hiring experienced carpenters with 3–5 years of field experience who specialize in finish work and installations for a variety of commercial construction projects. If you take pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or lead small teams, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
· Install doors, trim, cabinets, siding, and windows.
· Framing & demoliton.
- Perform drywall hanging and finishing.
- Interpret scopes of work and blueprints.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and job site safety.
Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of carpentry experience with finish work.
- Skilled in doors, trim, cabinets, siding, windows, and drywall.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred but Not Required:
· Leadership or crew management experience.
· OSHA certification.
