Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

A growing construction-focused organization is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee inventory, material flow, warehouse operations, and delivery coordination in support of multiple active projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have a direct impact on project success by ensuring materials, equipment, and tools are available when and where they're needed.
You'll serve as the key link between field operations, project teams, vendors, and warehouse personnel—creating efficient processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team that keeps projects moving forward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
- Coordinate material deliveries and project staging to support active construction projects.
- Manage inventory accuracy, material tracking, and warehouse organization.
- Partner with project teams and field leadership to prioritize material needs and delivery schedules.
- Supervise and develop warehouse personnel and drivers, promoting accountability and teamwork.
- Oversee receiving, inspection, labeling, and storage of incoming materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory transactions and reporting through ERP systems.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support field teams by ensuring crews receive complete and accurate materials when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading warehouse, logistics, inventory, or construction materials operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field and office teams.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
