Customer Service
- Assist end consumers with finding an authorized service center/retailer location to take their repairs.
- Assisting with answering calls and transferring to all departments.
Shipping & Receiving
- Receives and reviews incoming orders from HQ, and distributes orders to the rest of the network.
- Signing for package, opening package and checking contents, moving to repair box, filling out SN on box ticket.
- Sealing completed repairs, packaging repairs to be shipped, validating packages have been signed for when picked up
- Ordering shipping, packaging, foam material, customer service pouches and keeping an organized multiple workstation.
- Attaching parts returned from task sheets to give to parts dept for auditing, transferring QC to customer service to be invoiced.
- Sealing and filing any completed repair that is pending shipping/pick up.
- Able to lift packages over 50lbs.
Oracle/Account Registration
- Photo documentation of articles condition received.
- Creation of new accounts in Sales Force/Oracle.
- Oracle registration of incoming repairs.
- Serial number creation/Article requests and history look up.
- Move order transfers to adjust stock repairs to the correct inventory.
- Assisting customers with basic knowledge to maintenance on their articles.
Promotional Material Stock Management
- Place IR order via Oracle for promotional stock material.
- Manage stock levels of promotional material and complete cycle counts for accuracy.
- Organizes and maintains inventory.
- Work closely with Marketing/Visual to prepare and ship all local US shipments for promotional material, visual, boxes, etc.
- Receives and ships operational and marketing material to the network.
- Fulfill boutique orders for boxes, bags, promotional material using PSP/Oracle.
- Order all boxes with Geneva using Oracle and maintain proper stock levels.
- Maintain stock levels of boxes, bags, additional material closely with Hellmann’s to ensure proper levels in the office.
- Special projects including but not limited to. Adding all Chopard references on the 9th floor warehouse into Oracle.
Logistics Services
- Works with partners to provide logistical support and communicates effectively with them. (Tracking numbers, labels, organizations of pickups, etc.)
- Works with our brokers to provide proper documentations for international shipments.
