The Role
We're looking for experienced water treatment installers and service technicians to join our team as subcontractors. You'll be installing, servicing, and maintaining whole-house water systems across our growing Florida service area.
What you'll be doing:
Installing whole-house water filtration, softening, and conditioning systems (city water & well water)
Installing reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water systems
Performing service calls — diagnosing issues, replacing media, filters, and components
Building and managing a recurring service and salt delivery route
Representing The H2O Heroes brand in customers' homes with professionalism and positivity
Communicating clearly with the team and customers throughout every job
What We're Looking For
✅ Experience in water treatment — You've installed and serviced residential water systems before. This isn't an entry-level gig.
✅ Whole-house system expertise — Comfortable with city water systems, well water systems, and RO installations
✅ Positive attitude — You show up with energy, treat customers like neighbors, and leave every home better than you found it
✅ Team player — We win together. No lone wolves, no drama, no egos.
✅ Route-building mindset — You see the long game. You want to build a reliable service and salt route that grows with you.
✅ Reliable transportation — You'll need your own vehicle and basic tools
✅ Professional appearance — Clean, presentable, and ready to represent the brand
Compensation
Pay is negotiable based on experience. We value what you bring to the table and we'll build a package that makes sense for both sides. The more you know, the more you earn — it's that simple.
As a subcontractor, you'll have the flexibility to grow your income by building out your own service and salt delivery route over time.
