Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring framing, siding, roofing, and finish carpentry crews adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software and project scheduling will drive efficiency and success across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation using tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking using construction management software like ProCore and Civil 3D
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and compliance
Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize project costs
Oversee construction site activities ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed to quality standards
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track

Experience

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles
Extensive knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Primavera P3
Hands-on experience with construction estimating software like HeavyBid or similar platforms
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil design software such as Civil 3D
Familiarity with contracts management, procurement processes, and construction site safety procedures
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining strict time management discipline
Prior work experience on active construction sites with a solid understanding of field operations and site logistics
