Job Summary: Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager

( Brooklyn, NY)

Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects (especially EDA remediation) through the entire SDLC, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Create and maintain detailed project management plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
Track and report project budgets and financials, including T&M tracking, burn rates, forecasting, and variance management.
Coordinate multiple simultaneous workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies using governance frameworks (RACI, RAID logs, integrated master schedules).
Directly manage vendors and system integrators, ensuring accountability for SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and change control.
Act as the primary point of contact for project status, reporting, and scope management with stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and present regular updates and reports regarding project progress, risks, issues, and solutions.
Facilitate project meetings and status reviews with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Review and oversee technical documentation such as requirements, UX design, architecture, and implementation artifacts.
Ensure project quality assurance by establishing and tracking QA metrics.
Proactively identify and resolve conflicts and risks using strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired project outcomes.
Utilize SCRUM, Agile, and other PM methodologies to drive project execution and delivery.

Required Experience

13+ years managing large-scale, multi-phase infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise with budget management, vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
In-depth experience with technical project environments (servers, storage, Adobe, IBM FileNet, etc.).
Strong ability to provide real-world examples, use PM tools/artifacts, and deliver tangible project results.
