Hello LinkedIn! I'm partnering with a well-established manufacturing and consumer products organization that is making significant investments in technology modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise digital transformation.

This is a high-impact executive leadership role with responsibility across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and digital initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategy while driving secure, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise technology and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cloud environments, ERP, applications, and digital platforms

• Build and mature cybersecurity programs leveraging frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001

• Direct cyber risk management, governance, incident response, and business continuity efforts

• Partner with executive leadership across operations, finance, legal, and compliance

• Drive enterprise transformation initiatives and secure technology adoption

• Develop and mentor high-performing technology and cybersecurity teams

Ideal Experience:

Cybersecurity Governance (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, etc.)
Enterprise Risk Management
AWS Cloud Platforms
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)
ERP & Enterprise Applications
Infrastructure & Network Operations
Incident Response & Disaster Recovery
Vendor & Third-Party Risk Management
Technology Portfolio & Budget Leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or similar certifications

• Manufacturing or regulated industry experience

• AI and automation strategy exposure

• MBA or advanced technical degree

• Audit and compliance leadership experience
