Lorien Harmony Hall Assisted Living is seeking a Full‑Time Delegating Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate and experienced clinical team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors while working in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Delegating Nurse ensures safe, compliant, and person‑centered care for our residents while practicing fully within their RN scope.

Key Responsibilities

Complete initial, 45‑day, and significant change resident assessments
Develop and maintain individualized service plans per state assisted living regulations
Ensure compliance with medication administration and Medication Technician qualifications
Conduct weekly wound rounds
Maintain compliance with OHCQ regulations related to nursing services
Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to support regulatory compliance
Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and care team
Meet regularly with rehab providers, caregivers, and medical practitioners
Counsel residents and families on healthcare and psychosocial needs
Promote resident safety and adhere to OSHA, fire, safety, and disaster preparedness standards
Provide exceptional customer service in a caring, respectful environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Maryland RN license
Current, unencumbered Maryland Delegating Nurse license
Minimum 2 years of Delegating Nurse experience in assisted living
Memory Care, CDP Certification, preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care
