Job Summary
The Project Manager, Creative Services is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across advertising, branding, print, digital, and retail channels. This role serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards. The position requires strong project management, attentional to detail, operational, budgetary, and vendor management expertise.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Branding Initiatives
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Management, Digital Marketing, and Market teams to refine briefs for advertising imagery and branding needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and creative guidelines.
- Manage internal and external creative relationships in partnership with the Director, Creative Services.
- Develop and maintain branding guidelines for global markets.
- Lead project status meetings and communicate updates on active and upcoming initiatives.
Printed Collateral
- Partner with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales Management, Retail, Merchandising, and Market teams to oversee and refine briefs for printed collateral.
- Interface with internal creative teams and external design partners.
- Review creative briefs, budgets, and timelines with the Director, Creative Services and Print Production Manager.
- Coordinate image needs and asset requests across departments.
- Collaborate with designers, photo producers, and print production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Digital Creative Initiatives
- Manage digital creative projects including websites, landing pages, digital invitations, digital catalogs, press kits, online advertising, banners, email marketing assets, and other digital collateral.
- Refine digital briefs and creative guidelines with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, approvals, and deliverables for all digital initiatives.
- Creative Operations, Vendor Contracts & Asset Rights
- Manage Creative Services project budgets, including tracking expenditures, processing invoices, forecasting costs, and ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on vendor agreements, statements of work, NDAs, talent releases, licensing agreements, and other project-related contracts.
- Maintain and track image licensing, talent usage rights, and contract terms to ensure compliance across advertising, marketing, public relations, retail, and digital initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract administration, vendor documentation, insurance certificates, and project-related approvals.
- Manage external vendors throughout project lifecycles, ensuring contractual obligations, deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, workflows, and documentation to support operational efficiency and visibility across the Creative Services department.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in luxury goods, high-end advertising, marketing, creative operations, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience developing timelines, managing budgets, and driving projects to completion.
- Experience overseeing creative development and production of campaigns, videos, photo shoots, catalogs, and other marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, production, photography, retouching, video, and advertising trends.
- Knowledge of print and digital production methods and best practices.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Understanding of creative vendor contracting, licensing agreements, usage rights, talent releases, and intellectual property considerations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
