Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Foreman with experience in steel pre-engineered building systems. This leadership role combines hands-on field supervision with project management responsibilities, overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion.
The ideal candidate can manage crews and subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Anderco is headquartered in Fargo, ND — Travel is required (typically 60–80% to project sites within ~150 miles), vehicle and per diem included. Home every weekend.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
Field Supervision:
- Lead field crews and subcontractors.
- Perform hands-on work as needed.
Concrete Operations:
- Oversee layout, forming, placing, finishing.
Steel Pre-engineered construction.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce OSHA standards and conduct safety meetings.
Materials & Equipment:
- Track materials and equipment.
Reporting & Communication:
- Complete reports and communicate project updates.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years construction experience. (Steel and Concrete)
- Valid Driver’s License - Meet insurance requirements.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to manage construction crew.
Preferred:
- OSHA certification.
- CDL
- Experience with project software.
- Customer interaction experience.
