Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mitigation projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications..
- Manage all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis,
- Oversee contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with adjusters, homeowners, and technicians clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor activities, verify quality standards, review safety protocols, and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders through regular meetings and detailed reporting on project status and risks.
- Manage project schedules proactively by adjusting timelines based on progress updates while maintaining momentum toward project completion.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the mitigation process.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of contracts management, and procurement procedures, and subcontractor coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
