Responsibilities

Tear off, install, repair, and replace roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofs are required)
Support crews in completing daily job tasks safely and efficiently
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specs
Identify roofing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow all safety protocols
Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment

Requirements

Proven experience installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of roofing systems.
Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Ability to read and follow job scopes and installation plans.
Knowledge of local building codes and roofing regulations.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably at heights
Reliable transportation to job sites across Oʻahu
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
