We are seeking ia highly capable Project Manager to lead client-facing projects from kickoff through completion with precision, accountability, and strong stakeholder communication.

You’ll work across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects moving, remove blockers early, and ensure commitments are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure successful project execution.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report variances to stakeholders, taking corrective actions as necessary to stay within budget constraints.
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives, assessing impacts and communicating adjustments to stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant records, to support project audits and evaluations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in project management, driving efficiencies and enhancing project outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience
Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
Strong skills in planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and follow-through
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, scope changes, and competing priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
Ability to identify risks early and drive timely resolution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managed services, IT services, cybersecurity, or technical project delivery
Familiarity with project reporting, resource coordination, and delivery operations
Experience working in environments where client communication and execution quality are both critical
