About the Role

What You'll Do:

Coordinate international and domestic shipments, including ocean, air, and ground transportation
Track inbound shipments and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
Work directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse providers
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and import-related records
Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Assist with inventory reconciliation, reporting, and warehouse coordination
Process invoices, verify pricing, and support logistics-related accounting activities
Respond to shipment inquiries and resolve transportation or delivery issues
Support supply chain operations by ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to customers
Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and internal systems

Responsibilities

2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, import/export operations, or a related field
Experience coordinating international shipments and imports into the United States
Knowledge of customs documentation, freight forwarding, and import processes
Experience working with customs brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
