Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in general carpentry and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
· Perform general carpentry tasks on residential and commercial projects
· Complete demolition work safely and efficiently
· Assist with framing, including walls, floors and roofs
· Install drywall, including hanging, taping, and finishing
· Execute finish carpentry, such as trim, doors, and cabinetry
· Perform tile work, including layout, cutting, and installation
· Follow project plans, safety standards, and company procedures
· Maintain a clean and organized job site
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Preferred but Not Required
We are willing to provide on‑the‑job training for candidates who have some experience but want to grow in:
· Framing
· Drywall finishing
· Finish carpentry
· Tile installation
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience
· Working knowledge of basic carpentry tools and techniques
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
· Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Prior experience in any of the listed services is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
