About the Job
In this role, you'll own the performance of our rental assets across an entire region — ensuring our equipment, vehicles, and inventory are deployed efficiently, maintained properly, and accounted for accurately. You'll work at the intersection of operations, logistics, and strategy, partnering with warehouse managers and leadership to keep our fleet performing at its best. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in bringing order to complexity and sees opportunity in the data others overlook, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Put the right assets in the right place. Oversee the allocation and utilization of rental equipment across multiple locations, maximizing availability and minimizing downtime so our teams can deliver without interruption.
- Be the source of truth on inventory. Build and maintain best-in-class tracking, auditing, and reporting practices — so every piece of equipment is accounted for and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Find efficiencies others miss. Monitor asset-related costs, identify savings opportunities, and support procurement and fleet expansion decisions with data-backed recommendations.
- Keep operations and assets in sync. Partner closely with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to make sure asset deployment matches operational demand — especially during peak season.
- Turn data into decisions. Use reporting and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement across the region, surfacing insights that help us work smarter.
- Manage the full asset lifecycle. From evaluating new equipment acquisitions to managing retirement and disposal, you'll own the process end to end.
- Develop the people around you. Train and coach warehouse and logistics teams on asset handling, tracking, and maintenance — raising the bar across the region.
- Connect the dots across the organization. Serve as the link between regional operations, corporate leadership, and vendors to ensure asset strategy aligns with where Bright is headed.

- 5+ years in asset management, operations, or logistics — event rental, hospitality, or a related industry a plus
