Project Manager – Logistics Operations

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring all deadlines and customer requirements are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, warehouses and carriers, handling communications via phone and email.
- Coordinate shipment details, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and professionally to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all project information is documented within internal systems.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to prevent errors and avoid costly mistakes.
- Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges while keeping projects moving forward.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — small mistakes can lead to big issues.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency with Outlook 365 for email, scheduling, and task management.
- Basic computer skills, including working with spreadsheets and shared documents.
- Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Prior experience in logistics, project coordination, or customer service is a plus but not required.
