The Opportunity

The company is building its technology leadership function, and this is the person who will shape it. As IT Director, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as the company's senior technology authority -- partnering with business leaders across operations, manufacturing, and retail to drive efficiency, systems performance, and strategic AI adoption.

This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role: identify gaps, drive decisions, and implement systems that create real economic impact. You will lead a team of 3 direct reports, manage complex multi-site infrastructure, oversee ERP platforms across business units, and build the company's AI strategy from the ground up. There is no ceiling on what this role can become.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

IT Leadership & Team Management Proven track record building and developing multi-tiered IT teams, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives across distributed, multi-location organizations.

IT Infrastructure & Systems Hands-on experience managing core network infrastructure -- including Hyper-V, Windows Server, SonicWall VPN, and Veeam -- with demonstrated ability to lead cloud migration initiatives from planning through execution.

AI Strategy & Implementation Experience building and executing an enterprise AI strategy from the ground up, with a proven ability to drive adoption across non-technical teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

ERP Systems Management Experience managing multiple ERP platforms across a multi-entity environment, with familiarity in distribution, manufacturing, and financial systems and the ability to evaluate, optimize, and consolidate as the business grows.

Security & Risk Management Background overseeing cybersecurity posture, risk assessments, and incident response planning for complex, distributed environments supporting 200+ end users.

Business Acumen & Executive Partnership Proven ability to partner directly with senior leadership, translating business goals into actionable technology strategy and driving measurable operational efficiency through process automation and technology investment.
