What You’ll Do
As a Cabinet Finisher & Processing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating the signature look and feel of our interiors. This is a hands-on role focused on wood and bamboo finishing, where precision and attention to detail matter. You’ll be:
- Using routers, sanders, and other tools to shape and finish cabinet components
- Oiling and sealing bamboo and wood cabinetry for durability and aesthetics
- Collaborating with our cabinet team to assemble and finish cabinetry
- Assisting with other cabinet-related tasks and general van-building projects as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Every cabinet you finish directly impacts the quality and feel of our vans — your craftsmanship will be a defining touch for our customers’ experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented finisher who takes pride in producing high-quality results. Ideally, you have:
- 2+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, finishing, or carpentry
- Confidence with routers, sanders, and other hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish work

- 2+ years of hands-on woodworking/cabinetry experience (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Boulder, CO 80301
