Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinate and support designated project activities related to commercial interior and exterior build-outs and renovations.
Provide support to Senior Project Managers and Management to help ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
Assist in managing projects through the design, construction, and close-out phases.
Attend project meetings and site visits, and perform all necessary follow-up actions.
Review project specifications, submittals, budgets, schedules, contracts, and proposals.
Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation.
Assist with obtaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals.
Support the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Prepare and maintain reports, budgets, schedules, and project updates for management and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

3–5 years of project management experience within the construction industry
Knowledge of commercial construction practices, labor costs, and project coordination
General understanding of construction systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)
Familiarity with estimating processes, material usage, and associated costs
Understanding of local, state, and federal building code requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
Experience with On-Screen Takeoff software is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a solutions-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
Excellent client service and relationship management skills, including proactive communication and follow-up
High level of professionalism and accountability
Ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and project performance
