We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and capital projects within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in design management, construction execution, and C&Q processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design management and construction implementation
- Develop RFPs for Construction & C&Q
- Manage RFI, submittals, change orders, and change control processes
- Lead weekly construction and stakeholder meetings
- Develop and track cash flow and integrated project schedules
- Oversee full project lifecycle (design, construction, C&Q)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction or capital projects
- Experience in regulated environments (Pharma, Life Sciences, industrial) preferred
- Strong knowledge of RFPs, RFIs, submittals, and change control
- Experience managing project financials and schedules
