Experienced Project Manager – Building Envelope Specialist
Pacific Construction Solutions (PCS) is seeking an elite Project Manager to join our team. PCS and its affiliates are leaders in the exterior envelope industry, and we only hire top producers and true experts in exterior wall assemblies, claddings, membranes, and components. If you are not among the best in this field, this position is not for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Startup
- Establish strong relationships with owners, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct constructability reviews and develop project schedules.
- Ensure all contracts, permits, licenses, and insurance are secured before kickoff.
- Drive pre-construction planning, logistics, and risk assessment.
Project Execution
- Own the project’s profitability and risk management—from budget to execution.
- Lead the team to maintain quality, timelines, and safety standards.
- Ensure contract compliance, procurement, and change management are handled effectively.
- Conduct regular job reviews, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage QA/QC, submittals, RFIs, Change management and documentation.
- Communicate critical job components with the client and maintain an strong sense of competency and trust throughout project.
- Guarantee safety, quality, and schedule
- Lead all project meetings with client
Project Closeout
- Deliver a flawless closeout process—from punch lists to final cost analysis.
- Ensure all client expectations are exceeded and warranties are executed smoothly.
- Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
✅ 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
✅ 5+ years of expertise in building envelope systems (wall assemblies, claddings, waterproofing).
✅ 3+ years leading high-performance project teams.
✅ Strong experience with construction software and scheduling tools (BlUEBEAM, SMARTSHEETS, MS OFFICE).
✅ Deep knowledge of plans, specs, scopes of work, and critical path scheduling.
✅ Ability to work under pressure, make strategic decisions, and solve complex problems.
✅ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
✅ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel to job sites.
✅ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Performance Bonuses (directly tied to job profitability & company growth)
