You're the kind of PM who keeps the trains running and makes everyone else look good doing it. Creatives know their briefs land on time. Account leads know nothing falls through the cracks. You're excited to join a launch team where the systems are being built alongside the work.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Project management on the account: timelines, scopes, budgets, resourcing, status. You run the operational backbone and flag risk before it becomes a problem. Resourcing across creative in partnership with department leads. Running low-to-mid complexity tactics. Coordination of MLR/PRC submissions, annotations, and feedback cycles. We'll teach you the pharma part; you bring the rigor. Day-to-day client communication on the workstreams you run: status, timeline check-ins, deliverable hand-offs. Roughly 30% of your time is client-facing.
WHAT YOU BRING
4-8 years of project management experience at an advertising, design, digital, or production agency. Fluency in agency project management tools. A sense of ownership: you take accountability for your workstreams and follow through without being chased. Strong written and verbal communication, internal and client-facing. Openness to working on a pharma DTC account. Prior pharma experience is not required, but a willingness to pick up the regulatory side (MLR/PRC, Veeva, annotation cycles) is.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This is not a maintenance account. It's a ground-up DTC launch where the brand, the team, and the workflows are being built in parallel. You'll have unusual proximity to senior strategy and creative leadership, and the chance to shape how this account runs operationally for years to come.
