Job Summary
As a Water Project Manager, you will oversee and lead various Water projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project from planning to implementation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Review and interpret written and verbal assingments
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize water mitigation management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during mitigation
- Ensure compliance with IICRC, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Xactimate
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- Knowledge of Water management software for efficient project tracking
- Experience in water estimating and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
