This part-time associate will be the central person responsible for planning and coordinating project timelines. As the right-hand support person for the VP of Operations, their main responsibilities will be coordinating employees and trade subcontractors for multiple projects and facilitating clear communications across all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed work schedules and action plans
- Lead progress meetings and report project status
- Serve as the point person for 3rd-party service companies
- Facilitate clear communications and frequently changing timelines across all stakeholders, including homeowners
- Partner with VP Operations and Showroom team to collaboratively solve problems and eliminate timeline bottlenecks and roadblocks
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Leadership and Team Building: Proven ability to manage without direct line reporting authority and drive collaboration.
- Communication: Exceptional management and communication of detailed dates and the interrelation/dependencies of various trade people and next steps in the project
- Analytical Problem Solving: Capacity to analyze variances, resolve issues, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience: Typically 3–5 years of project coordination or similar management experience in a matrix organization
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
