Our Atlanta facility operates under SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification and GMP compliance standards, managing multiple customer accounts across a 200,000 square foot warehouse. We are committed to operational excellence, food safety, leadership development, and building one of the most respected 3PL operations in the United States.

• Facilitate onboarding and hands-on training for new associates, ensuring competency in WMS transaction processes, GMP standards, and equipment operation before independent assignment.
• Address performance issues promptly and professionally through structured coaching, documented corrective actions, and progressive discipline as warranted.
• Recognize and reinforce positive performance to build a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings to communicate priorities, review performance, and address open issues.
Inventory Control & Accuracy
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical reconciliations, and WMS audit reviews across all customer accounts.
