🚨 We’re Hiring: Logistics & Asset Manager
📍 Charlotte, NC
💰 Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Benefits
Construction/contractor industry experience required
We are looking for a driven and process-oriented Logistics & Asset Manager to oversee logistics operations and manage the full lifecycle of tools and equipment across job sites and warehouse locations.
This role is critical in supporting field productivity through efficient coordination, inventory control, asset tracking, and continuous process improvement.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate movement of tools, equipment, and materials
• Manage inventory and asset tracking across multiple locations
• Support job mobilization/demobilization and field logistics requests
• Ensure effective use of current systems (COINS, QuickBase) and support implementation of new logistics and asset management systems
• Oversee calibration programs, repairs, and maintenance
• Work closely with procurement, fleet, warehouse, and field teams
• Lead warehouse associates, drivers, and equipment personnel
• Improve logistics performance, asset visibility, and operational efficiency
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of logistics, asset management, or operations experience
• Construction/contractor industry experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory systems, procurement, and vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/asset management systems
