Our client seeks an early‑career Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support a high‑visibility enterprise integration initiative within a centralized Infrastructure PMO. You will actively manage a portfolio of 15 to 20 concurrent efforts, coordinate hardware and VM installs across multiple national data centers, and drive schedules and communications across development, architecture, network, storage, and application teams. The environment moves quickly and requires clear communication, structured planning, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Rate: $40.00 to $44.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation for infrastructure initiatives.
- Maintain and execute project plans, schedules, and milestones across 15 to 20 concurrent projects.
- Coordinate server builds and installations for hardware and VMs in multiple data centers.
- Establish and run effective communication plans with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide day‑to‑day direction to project resources and track deliverables to completion.
- Manage change control, risks, issues, and dependencies in a fast‑moving environment.
- Prepare status reports, documentation, and budget updates as required.
- Deliver concierge‑style customer service and keep customers informed of progress and obstacles.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of project management or coordination experience.
- 1-2 years of network infrastructure or data center experience
- Demonstrated customer service focus with clear written and verbal communication.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to influence commitments and timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Jira and SharePoint preferred.
- Ability to manage documentation, track risks, and understand application workflows.
- Comfort handling large data sets in Excel.
- PMP certification not required.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts and ask clarifying questions.
