Creative Maintenance Solutions (CMS) has been Wisconsin’s leading epoxy flooring and polished concrete contractor since 1989. We install high-performance flooring systems in manufacturing facilities, stadiums, commercial buildings, food plants, and distribution centers throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
We are expanding and looking for either:
✅ An experienced Foreman, or
✅ A highly skilled Installer who is ready to step into leadership.
If you know the work, understand production rates, and want to lead people — we’ll develop you into a foreman.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or assist with managing a crew on epoxy coating and polished concrete projects
- Plan daily tasks and drive production to hit deadlines
- Ensure safety and quality control on every job
- Train and develop crew members
- Operate surface prep equipment (planetary grinders, vac systems, auto scrubbers, etc.)
- Communicate with Operations Manager on progress and material needs
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a fit if you have:
- 4+ years hands-on experience in epoxy coatings or polished concrete
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Drive to lead, teach, and hold others accountable
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to job sites (some overnights may happen)
Foreman experience is a plus — but not required.
If you’re ready to take the next step, we will train you into the role.
Pay & Benefits
- $26.00 – $33.00/hr (negotiable based on experience)
- Regular overtime – paid time-and-a-half after 40 hours
