Hatchett is looking for a talented home remodeling lead carpenter to work as part of a team and with our clients on their home remodeling projects. The right candidate will be able to build rapport with clients and efficiently remodel homes based on design specifications, budgets, and schedules.
The Role
- Carpentry knowledge and skills
- Work with clients, remodeling consultants, trade partners, designers and other HDR employees using the design build process to plan and execute projects
- Build and maintain relationships via effective communication with all clients, HDR employees, trade partners and suppliers
- Manage the construction phase of the project in a timely and cost effective manner
The Perfect Candidate
- Is a self-starter who thrives in a team environment
- Enjoys working with people, has a passion for home remodeling, is well organized and detail oriented
- Has at least 5 years work experience in the home remodeling industry
- Appreciates an environment that believes that work should be fun and issues are challenges to be resolved.
