We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Project Manager to lead residential painting jobs from start to finish. In this role, you'll coordinate crews, oversee budgets, and ensure a 5-star experience for every homeowner. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential painting projects (interior/exterior) from launch to closeout
- Manage and lead subcontractor crews to deliver quality and efficiency
- Communicate with homeowners
- Document all job activity in mobile apps (checklists, photos, notes)
- Ensure project completion on time, on budget, and with minimal rework
- Conduct punch-out walks and drive 5-star reviews
- Collect final payment and manage add-on opportunities
- Promote neighborhood visibility with signs and door hangers
- Respond to issues and warranty claims professionally
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
