Couch Group is a growing commercial general contractor focused on high-quality interior construction projects throughout Metro Atlanta. Our work includes restaurant, retail, office, medical, salon/spa, fitness, and specialty commercial interiors.

All projects are local to Metro Atlanta — no out-of-state travel required.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can step in and lead projects with minimal ramp-up. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing commercial interior / tenant improvement projects and understands the pace, coordination, and client communication required to successfully deliver occupied-space and fast-track interiors work.

Candidates seeking large-scale ground-up or traveling construction opportunities are likely not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage multiple fast-paced tenant improvement and interiors projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasting
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases
Manage permitting, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Lead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
Maintain proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders
Identify and resolve project risks, scheduling conflicts, and budget impacts
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards
Support successful project closeout, punch list completion, and owner turnover

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
