Position Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded professional capable of performing all phases of construction and facility maintenance, from project preparation through completion. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work independently, problem-solve in the field, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all phases of construction, including demolition, framing, finishing, and repairs
General construction and property maintenance across commercial and industrial facilities
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall installation, patching, and finishing work
Painting, minor renovations, and facility improvements
Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
Shop upkeep, organization, and cleanliness
Assist with fleet upkeep, including basic maintenance and organization
Operate company vehicles and perform snow plowing and winter property maintenance as needed
Support project setup, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
Ensure work areas remain safe, organized, and compliant with company safety standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in multiple construction trades required
Ability to complete projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Must supply and maintain personal hand tools appropriate for construction work
Experience operating trucks and equipment; snow plowing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read basic plans, measurements, and project instructions preferred
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Commitment to workplace safety and professionalism
