All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is a growing disaster restoration company built around a true sales organization. Our leadership, systems, and marketing are designed to support salespeople—not sabotage them.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time B2B outside sales role covering the East Tampa market, including Temple Terrace, Ybor City, and surrounding communities. The role focuses on developing and managing referral partnerships (plumbers, property managers, and insurance agents) across a well-defined, high-volume service area. You’ll build and own your territory while representing a high-trust, consultative service that solves urgent, real-world problems for commercial partners.
No high-pressure selling. You’ll be supported by proven sales processes, CRM systems, marketing programs, and dedicated sales leadership.
Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Uncapped
- Earning potential: Six-figure income achievable within a reasonable timeframe

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing a B2B territory from the ground up
- Identifying and engaging referral partners such as:
- Property Managers
- Insurance Agents & Adjusters
- Plumbers & Mechanical Contractors
- Conducting discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
- Presenting our services and differentiators clearly and confidently
- Networking and relationship-building throughout the territory
- Managing activity, pipeline, and progress in CRM
- Collaborating with operations to ensure excellent client experience
- Consistently working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
Who Succeeds in This Role
- Proven B2B outside sales experience
- Comfortable building a territory (not inheriting one)
- Coachable, process-driven, and open to feedback
- Relationship-focused and trusted by referral partners
- Organized, accountable, and CRM-comfortable
- Motivated by income, growth, and long-term career opportunity
Experience with property managers, insurance professionals, or contractors is a plus—but not required.

- A strong referral network across the territory
- Consistent discovery meetings each week
- A healthy, trackable pipeline in CRM
- Predictable income growth and momentum toward six figures
