What You’ll Do -
You will coordinate trailer pickups while maintaining safety, documentation accuracy, and positive customer interactions.
Trailer Pickup Coordination & Dispatch
- Coordinate pickup of finished trailers for customers and carriers
- Perform trailer security exit checklists with carrier drivers and store documentation electronically with Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Record, document, and perform data entry for trailer moves
- Maintain accurate inventory and location records for finished goods and trailers
Customer Service & Communication
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, and in person in a polite and professional manner
- Represent a professional company image when managing pickups and resolving delivery‑related issues
- Answer internal and external phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor when necessary
Safety, Security & Compliance
- Work safely around moving vehicles and ensure the safety of others in traffic areas
- Perform Vehicle Daily Inspection checklists on assigned vehicles
- Maintain key and equipment control lists
- Register visitors and direct them to appropriate entry points
- Direct emergency vehicles and assist with communication during emergencies when required
Documentation, Reporting & Administration
- Complete and maintain daily shift logs, documenting:
- Customer interactions
- Inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Pass down shift information to Security personnel at the end of shift
- Submit Quality Issue notifications to the Quality Department
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, records retention, scanning, copying, and paperwork distribution
- Read and interpret documents, instructions, and company procedures

What You Bring -
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or technical school education
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication style
- Safe driving skills and ability to perform vehicle inspections
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills

- Ability to operate two‑way and emergency radio systems

Work Environment & Physical Expectations
This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions
with or without reasonable accommodation. Work includes standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, and repetitive hand and arm movement. The role may require lifting items up to
50 lbs occasionally and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment (minimum
20/40 distance vision, with or without correction). Hearing and verbal communication abilities are required to safely perform job functions.
