- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on various types of buildings
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing
- Operate hand and power tools related to the roofing trade
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from the site foreman
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Travel to different job sites as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred (TPO, EPDM, PVC, or similar systems)
- Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights for extended periods
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
