Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, partnering across business and technical teams to drive execution aligned to PMO standards, governance, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → closeout) using PMO methodologies, tools, and governance
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT, cybersecurity, data, architecture, and vendors to define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify and manage stakeholders; align expectations, roles, and communication plans
- Drive executive engagement via Project Champion partnership (charters, updates, leadership communications)
- Define, document, and control business and technical requirements with full traceability
- Build and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Develop key artifacts: BRDs, functional specs, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation
- Lead change management (scope, cost, schedule) through formal governance processes
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (internal teams + vendors) to ensure efficient execution
- Monitor delivery against schedule, budget, quality, risk, and security targets
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, standards, and audit requirements
- Deliver clear, timely communication to stakeholders, Portfolio Managers, and EPMO
- Provide accurate reporting (status, forecast, financials, resource planning)
- Oversee vendor/system integrator delivery to meet performance, security, and operational readiness standards
- Lead project closeout including lessons learned and transition to support/operations
Qualifications
- Must have management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects in a structured PMO environment
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working with vendors and system integrators
- PMP certified (or able to obtain within defined timeframe)
