Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced individual who can install cellulose and foam insulation in new and existing structures . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. The Leadman will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Must pass a background check, drug test and have a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of insulation projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. .
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is preferred. .
- Excellent leadership skills and motivated towards achieving common goals.
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a new hire physical
- Will need to be comfortable in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
