Overview:
- Manage fleet management systems, GPS/telematics platforms, fuel card programs, toll accounts, and maintenance tracking tools.
- Use data to monitor mileage, idle time, speeding, harsh braking, fuel usage, maintenance compliance, and utilization.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for executive leadership and operating units.
- Identify opportunities to reduce fuel cost, maintenance spend, improve driver performance, and increase asset productivity.
- Ensure field leaders and drivers are properly trained on fleet-related systems and expectations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a fleet of 300+ trucks, vans, and related equipment.
- Maintain an accurate fleet inventory, including vehicle assignments, locations, mileage, registrations, inspections, titles, insurance, and asset status.
