Job Title: Project Manager

Position Summary:
The Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of rack repair projects to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant outcomes. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working cross-functionally to coordinate field crews and site access, facilitate inspections and site surveys, manage project documentation, and keep multiple repair jobs moving in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Support
· Partner with Account Managers to support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.
· Track project timelines, milestones, crew schedules, and deliverables to help ensure repair work remains on schedule.
· Prepare and maintain rack repair documentation (scope notes, photos, measurements, proposals, work orders, material lists), maintain job folders, and organize project files.
· Support project meetings and customer calls by preparing materials, taking notes, and tracking action items through closeout.
· Coordinate and support rack inspections and site surveys by scheduling visits, confirming site access and safety requirements, capturing measurements and photos, and ensuring findings are documented and routed to the appropriate stakeholders for estimating and repair planning.
Communication & Stakeholder Support
· Serve as a point of contact between customers/site contacts, field crews, vendors, and internal departments.
· Help coordinate information flow between sales/estimating, operations, and office staff to support rack repair scopes, scheduling, and material needs.
· Support clear and timely communication related to job status, site coordination, safety requirements, and closeout documentation (photos, punch lists, completion forms).
Administrative & Financial Support
· Assist with tracking project budgets, change orders, purchase orders, and invoices as directed.
· Help ensure purchase orders are created in advance of rack materials, anchors, or outside services being received.
· Maintain organized records related to job costs, time, materials, and documentation to support accurate reporting and invoice processing.
Project Tracking & Systems Support
· Help update project tracking tools and systems as assigned.
· Assist with maintaining accurate project status updates and support system use across the team.
· Basic familiarity with Monday.com or similar project or CRM tools is preferred but not required.
Travel Requirements
This position requires a high level of professional travel, which may include frequent and sometimes extended trips to project sites, customer locations, or other company facilities. Flexibility and availability to travel on short notice are essential.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related support role.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF tools.
· Basic understanding of Monday.com is preferred but not required.
· Exposure to budgeting, purchase orders, or invoicing processes.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to interpret field measurements, sketches, and basic drawings to support rack repair scoping and material takeoffs.
· Comfort working around active warehouse/industrial environments and following site-specific safety requirements.
· Previous experience with pallet rack repair, industrial maintenance, or construction/service projects is a plus.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
