We’re looking for a high-energy, action-driven Operations Manager to lead our growing golf cart dealership. This person thrives on structure & processes, accountability, and results — keeping the team organized and the business moving forward every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Parts, Service, and Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Manage inventory processes, including ordering, tracking, and random stock audits to maintain full supply readiness.
- Coordinate work orders, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Verify daily that personnel are on task, meeting timelines, and maintaining productivity standards.
- Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to all departmental leads and technicians.
- Conduct regular team briefings and monitor daily performance metrics.
- Ensure that supplies, tools, and equipment are properly organized and replenished as needed.
- Foster a positive, service-oriented culture that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong, positive relationships with both customers and internal team members.
- Drive operational excellence through organization, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are

- Emotionally intelligent and skilled at motivating and managing teams.
- Experienced in automotive or golf cart service operations (2+ years preferred).
- Experienced in inventory control, logistics, and process management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with service management or inventory tracking software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Puerto Rico driver's license Required
