Job Description:
- Plan, deliver, and complete a project to the customer's satisfaction, on time and within budget.
- Communicate project plans and status to the client and internal teams in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as intermediary between internal teams and vendors.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure vendors are meeting all needs/requirements of contracts through regular calls and communications.
- Develop action and remediation plans with vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Document project deliverables and maintain project documentation.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (project management, telecommunications, IT, CS, e.g.) or 2 or more years of work experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
