We are hiring an Operations Clerk for a fast-paced logistics and operations environment in NYC. The ideal candidate will have experience in shift coordination, staffing support, dispatch operations, workforce management, and real-time operational issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate shift staffing and workforce coverage
Handle attendance monitoring and no-shows
Resolve operational issues in real time
Coordinate with field teams and operations support teams
Manage escalation handling and communication

Required Skills:
