We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a team in San Antonio, Texas, on a Long-term Contract assignment. In this role, you will work closely with implementation leadership and cross-functional partners to keep projects organized, on schedule, and ready for successful delivery. This position is ideal for someone who can manage multiple moving parts, monitor progress carefully, and communicate updates with clarity across internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Implementation Managers to monitor project milestones, maintain progress visibility, and highlight items that may affect delivery timelines.
• Track outstanding tasks, team dependencies, and pending inputs to ensure timely follow-up and steady project movement.
• Examine setup documents and submitted materials to confirm information is accurate, complete, and ready for the next stage of execution.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and operational teams to support alignment of workflows and ensure readiness for downstream activities.
• Handle implementation support activities such as managing tickets, coordinating setup actions, and verifying preparedness before launch.
• Assist with go-live efforts by supporting validation activities, coordinating cutover needs, and helping resolve early post-launch issues.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date Salesforce cases that reflect status, upcoming actions, ownership, and target dates.
• Recognize risks, blockers, and data concerns early, then escalate them with clear summaries and practical recommendations.
• Provide clear communication to internal partners and participate in client-facing discussions when additional coordination support is needed.
• Experience in project coordination or a similar role supporting timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar case management and tracking platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share updates clearly with stakeholders.
• Comfortable identifying issues proactively and escalating concerns with well-organized context.
• Experience reviewing forms, records, or operational documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with implementation support, readiness checks, or go-live coordination is preferred.
