Contract Duration: 9 Months + extensions/conversion
Seeking a Project Manager/Analyst to support a multi-year program to implement November release aligning domestic and international wire transmissions (Fed/CHIPS & SWIFT) by moving from free-form to structured business address fields; impacts ~40–70 supporting applications directly and requires coordination across ~100–150 apps for end-to-end/regression testing. Program is high-visibility, delivery-focused, with several hundred staff
Required Skills & Experience
- Direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology systems changes concurrently thru a change delivery / program structure is required.
- Strong analytical skills and delivery focus (able to drive timelines and meet reporting cadence).
- Facilitation and stakeholder management (lead interactive sessions, surface and escalate risks).
- Project/task plan oversight and ability to manage multiple application teams (typically 5–10 apps per person on average).
- Reporting/dashboard creation for executives (PowerPoint + underlying Excel competency).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, SharePoint).
- Experience coordinating testing (oversight/reporting of regression testing across many apps; pairing with test leads).
- Project/task plan oversight and ability to manage multiple application teams (typically 5–10 apps per person on average).
- Excellent communication (written verbal) skills and a willingness to ask deep probing questions in a highly technical environment are essential.
- Must possess a date-driven focus and be comfortable proactively identifying and raising potential risk to delivery in a very fast paced organization.
- Experience preparing content for inclusion in executive presentations needed. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PPT, SharePoint and Excel
- Development and execution of technology-focused testing. May include testing progress reporting, including script execution, defect remediation and similar. A working knowledge of JIRA and Octane is beneficial
What You Will Be Doing
- Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables with moderate complexity
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into execution plans
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across assigned initiatives
- Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
